This Pricing Policy governs the subscription plans, payments, pricing revisions, promotional offers, taxes, and refund terms applicable to users purchasing services through our platform. By purchasing or enrolling in any subscription plan on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pricing Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

We currently offer the following subscription plans for premium matrimonial services:

• 1 Month Free Access (Limited Time Promotional Offer) • 3 Months Subscription • 6 Months Subscription • 12 Months Subscription • Lifetime Subscription Each plan provides access to premium features and services as described within the application at the time of purchase.

2. Limited Time Free Access Offer

• We may provide a 1 Month Free Access promotional subscription for a limited period. • This free access offer may be discontinued, modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. • Users who have already successfully enrolled in the 1 Month Free Access offer before its discontinuation shall continue to enjoy access to the applicable features until the completion of their free validity period. • After expiry of the free access period, continued access to premium services may require purchase of a paid subscription plan.

3. Pricing

• The prices of all subscription plans are displayed within the application before payment confirmation. • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. • Any revised pricing shall apply only to future purchases and shall not affect subscriptions already purchased and activated.

4. GST and Taxes

• All paid subscription plans are subject to an additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) over and above the displayed base subscription price. • The applicable GST amount shall be added during the payment process before final payment confirmation. • Users agree to pay the applicable GST and any other legally applicable taxes at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Terms

6. No Refund Policy

• All payments made for subscription plans are final and non-refundable. • No refunds, partial refunds, or credits shall be provided for: - Unused subscription periods - User dissatisfaction - Account inactivity - Accidental purchases - Early termination of subscription by the user

7. Subscription Validity

• Subscription validity begins from the date and time of successful payment confirmation. • Lifetime subscriptions shall remain valid for the operational lifetime of the platform/service unless terminated due to violation of platform policies or legal requirements.

8. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to: • Modify subscription pricing • Change features included in subscription plans • Introduce new subscription plans • Discontinue existing plans or promotional offers Such changes may be implemented without prior notice.
